Appointment dates should be booked as far in advance as possible and on days with maximum expected sunlight and wind speeds of less than 18mph.
Appointment date is subject to unexpected issues which may require a reschedule from the PIC (Pilot in Command). Examples of unexpected issues include but are not limited to: weather condition, delays due to scheduling/authorization issues arising from your local air traffic control operators, federal or local law enforcement, representatives of the FAA, or when a 14 CFR Section 91.141 is in effect.
