1. Services

We provide aerial photography and videography services for commercial and personal use. Our services include drone-based photography and videography, as well as editing and post-production. Our services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

2. Pricing and Payment

​

Our pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis and is subject to change at any time. We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

​3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total project cost.

4. Liability and Insurance

​

We carry liability insurance for our aerial photography and videography services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by the use of our equipment. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary permissions and permits have been obtained for the use of our services.

 

5. Copyright and Ownership

​

All photographs and videos taken by us are the property of our business and may not be reproduced or used for any commercial purposes without our written permission. However, we grant clients a non-exclusive license to use the photographs and videos for personal or commercial purposes.

 

6. Confidentiality

​

We respect the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any confidential information without their permission. However, we reserve the right to use any photographs or videos taken by us for promotional purposes.

 

7. Governing Law

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
